I use here in Hawaii a rod which we call a “Ulua rod” which just generally means it is massive and is meant for casting out hundreds of feet from shore to catch a Ulua, AKA a gt (giant trevally) and those are 2-3 inches thick at the base and about 15+ feet long. 14 is very short compared to the rest of the world

I think that the long rod was a course fishing rod that was designed for casting a small bait a very long way and a lot of anglers in the U.K. now use long surf rods as many have found that the extra length does add to your casting distance

My cat love the "smallest fishing rod". I gave away a couple with fuzzy lures for christmas to family with cats.
Edit: you need to treat it like a fly rod, get your line loose and ready first and whip it

For those tiny rigs, they're meant for bait fish. Amazing little things, I'll set a little pompano rig on it then throw it in a spillway with some breaded gum (Yes, this works surprisingly well) and hook up some tiny mayan cichlid for bait. Then I'll chuck it on my bigger rig. 😂

Hello bro. For the pen rod, u must pull out the reel first, then u pull the nut out. After that, u can trow the lure. Put back the nut and ur reel.. enjoy..
