Very clear video and straight to the point. One question: is there any way to automatically open pdf files that are created on a monthly basis (provided they have the same format and table names, and perhaps they are located on the same page numbers) without having to go and open/link them one by one?

I'm having issues invoking custom functions in Power BI to combine multiple tables across multiple reports. For example, I get a weekly call report via PDF. I've written power query to extract Table001 from each PDF and format accordingly. Last week a larger PDF came across and the data encompassed 2 tables (Table001 & Table002) or 2 pages. The invoke custom format function will only pull data from Table001. Therefore, it's not pulling additional data from Table002 that I also need. Any idea on how to fix this? I've tried for hours and can't get anywhere....Thanks!!

I'm looking for a free tool of some sort, that can simply unwrap and list all the files contained in a normal unencrypted PDF. The reason being I found a PDF (a less than 200 pages book with very few pics) that's more than 250MB's. There's definitely something else going on than just bad compression or formatting. I would like to just see a simple list of all the different files, fonts and whatever the PDF contains. Every single item, not just text or pics that has a lot of free apps and can also be done in Acrobat Reader.

I have 1000s of pdf like this with multiple invoice numbers. I need to extract this invoice numbers into the excel without opening any PDFs. Can you guide me what is the process?
