At 10:00 the difference of squares should be (x^2+2)(x^2 - 2). This would be finding the square root of 4 and then having that as the second number.

At 1:24 it should say x^2 + 2x + 5x + 10. That is writing down what is in the box. The 5x and 2x will combine to be 7x.
