To make this easy and simple paratha, you need moringa leaves, barley flour, onion, green chilli, ginger, butter paper, and oil. All you need to do is wash the fresh moringa leaves in room temperature water, then chop them and set aside. Heat a pan, add water, and then add flour, leaves, onion, green chilli, and ginger. Mix well and allow it to cool down. Once done, make a soft dough and then using a butter paper, roll the paratha and lastly cook it on a preheated tawa using minimum oil. Serve hot!
