GOD HAVE MERCY. I was in the Typhoon in Japan a few days ago in Hiroshima. The damage was nothing nearly like what was done to Puerto Rico with Fiona. May God have mercy.

I remember being in the Hurricane in 2017 in Puerto Rico (I don’t live there anymore though). This gives me flashbacks and they aren’t good ones. I send wishes or prayers to Puerto Rico and hopefully it doesn’t get as destroyed as it got in 2017❤

It's terrible...we missed it by a whisker here in the Caribbean. It shows the importance of following strict (and not difficult) building codes to keep the roofs on because once the roof goes it's all over for the property

Its just trying to tell you to use thirsty cement to reduce your sand use on roads and reduce flooding and increases groundwater and aquifer levels.

Many Ricans left to the Island from Central FL in past few months, because they cashed on their properties. Now Orlando is Little Venezuela. Many of them with money in the bank while this occurs in PR. I hope they stay and rebuild the properties they purchased or were looking for. I have been in 9 Hurricanes and is something you get used to it. The only great thing about this is the swell. We got overhead already in FL. Surf is up!
