I had a geo once. Had two options with the beater as it was more than just a shitbox. It had so many structure issues that I had to mod it before I ever drive it once. Made myself my own 4x4 geo wagon with a roll cage, no doors, and a diamond plate an quarter iron flooring an lower body adjusting. Then I had to do sum cutting, welding, an alot of modifying, but I put a Oldsmobile 350 rocket v8 from a wrecked 69 Cutlass. An the transmission an transfer, axles an sum suspension came from a 79 k5 blazer that had body rot an frame rot beyond any physical repair. It looked like the rust bucket van from that old Japanese meme. It eventually became the best firewood hauler I ever built. My uncle gave me 5000 dollars fer the geo. An it is currently used by my cousin whom still lives in my dead uncle's (his dead dad's) house. He inherited everything after his mom ran off with her "lover" to Mexico. My uncle died 5 years after my supposed second aunt ran off with a douchebag so damn white, at night he looks like a dying neon stick. But my cousin has replaced the olds 350 to a Buick 455 from 71. A Electra engine. An he gained bragging rights out where he living with the thing when he out ran a dipshit local rich guy in a Ferrari. A beater geo built junkyard style. A true monster of a car, out running a very over priced sports car in 2015. He still uses it fer firewood an work around the lil farm he has started. Some Geo's can be saved. But not all. This is true with all cars. It is wut it is.
