I have a doubt regarding this ....

1) pro users can consume and share only with pro users but wont have AI features, 48/day, extra storage
2) ppu can share report with pro users not with free users in case of large org.
Ppu workspace accessed only by other ppu user who have access it.
3) premium capacity, can share with all pro and free users includes all, pro licences is needed to that work space my question is how many pro users have access to premium capacity.. is it like capacity price + no of pro price so that pro user who have access to premium capacity can all features as premium capacity

One Quick question if I purchase Premium Per Capacity Licence then why do i need Pro License For Publishing and Developing the report when it can be covered under Premium Per Capacity? It's Kinda Confusing..

We would still require Powwer BI Pro liceses to those who are authors (To develop and Publish). even if you have premium capacity based license. So we sould consider number of Pro license cost in addition to premium capacity license cost.

For Power BI Premium Per Capacity, how can we be sure that it will stay upto 4995? I think it will increase with users, because with more users, more capacity would be required.

lets say I have 100 users who only need to view the reports. Instead of buying 100 licenses, Can I buy 1 license, and embed these dashboards to an app, and provide app access to 100 users.

I believe the cost would be 10 Dollars. Does this usecaes work ?
