Step 2: Keep your down leg bent and top leg straight as you left your hips into the air.
Step 3: Keep your body in a straight line from your head down through your top leg.
Step 4: Lift the top leg straight into the air without letting your hips drop.
Step 5: Return the lifted leg back to the floor.
