Is the Jaclyn powder “pigmented” you know how some are sheer and don’t really set nicely..? Is it more yellow to brighten? 😍

Also how do you like to use the Mac PP? I have soft ochre and I’m curious to see if you use it as some ppl use it all over the lid like a concealer or over top a seperate concealer or just alone? If that makes sense lol
