It's 10:30PM on a Sunday night, 2005... you're sitting in a bar in a second-tier city like Louisville or Charlotte.... the front doors are propped open, there's a cool April breeze, there's maybe 20 or so people talking, laughing, everyone is happy... there's a sense of familiarity you won't find anywhere in America now... many in the room went to the same high school around the same time... nobody has a smartphone... That breeze hits just right as your down the last 4 ounces of your pint of Bass in one sip. Time for another one. Everyone looks beautiful and innocent... that breeze is blowing right across the bar, you put your hoodie up and smile... your grandparents are still alive, your parents are in their early 50's, you've got the whole night, and your whole life ahead of you. These are the vibes I'm getting from this video.
