Ladder trucks are not only used for aerial rescues. As you can see, It has more compartments than a pumper truck (Engine). It includes 5-7 ground ladders with Engines only having 1-2 and it has equipment for car accidents, K-12, Chainsaws, Spreaders. Also this a Ferrara/Seagrave or E-one. Ferrara makes the ladder bodies and Seagrave and E-one makes the chassis.

The ladder truck is the most useful truck in game but also the most annoying, because it seems like everyone on FD uses it to respond to medical calls. Also it’s super long and sometimes a pain to drive, but other than that, it’s a cool rig. Imo I wish it was a different model, I don’t really like this one. What do you think?
