When we tried an Impossible Burger for the first time at a local restaurant, we tried to send it back because we thought they made a mistake and used beef instead. I couldn't help but utter an "Impossible" at the waiter. 🙄 We kept it, and haven't looked back since. But that expensive.

I like how's he's so blunt about the facts, this is what you want from a disruptor.

Right around 1:20:00 you can see the moderator becoming agitated because she's being pressured to wrap things up.

I do hope their product is so much better than Beyond's because the guy is brutal. Some people just shouldn't be the face of a company.

On the comment from Bruno: farmers will decide to not make/raise cows anymore. What will happen with them? Well, they have a bunch of land and farm equipment. Maybe they will use their land to grow vegetables, and sot, and sell them to Impossible Foods. Full circle on that one. I must say that I am completely in the dark on how they make the meat. It seems like they use soy proteins, but I am not sure if they create them in a food lab, or if they come from actual soy plants that grow in Earth.

Hope this works. Wait, but the business case is basically rooted in a pessimistic view of humans - that not enough of us are good enough to give a fuck about survival of the rest. So may be I actually hope he's wrong, and that vegetarians will become more numerous...
