I love that the captions get "oaxacan" right but then instead of "Chicken bouillon" it's "chicken boy on"

I can’t lie, the continued contempt that Josh has for the 10 pound bag of spinach his college roommate bought is hilarious

Whoever is editing nowadays needs a raise. The dish sprayer punching bag, the lacroix, the notes on the counter, it’s perfect. Hear me out: the style of edit we have here gives the same energy that Josh has. Does that make sense? It’s chaotic. It’s good. It’s chaotic good. It just meshes so well. I feel like some of these clips would have been left on the cutting room floor previously, but when you add them back at the right moments in it takes the movie from a blockbuster to an Oscar. Keep it up, y’all! More of this! Bravo!

this episode felt like "breaking the fourth wall" with josh leaving all around the set and it was funny as hell.

High quality Sardinian food discourse and Japanese hammer throw commentary is why I love this channel.

Okay but did anyone else smile so big a Josh’s wedding ring holder necklace? So sweet. Congrats Josh!

"despite the recession" feels like it should be a joke yet it's entirely real

I appreciated the Wash Josh and Can Clear intermission. Hearing Nicole laugh at Josh's silliness always makes my day better.

As someone who grew up with not a lot of money and has had a few really rough spots as an adult, I like that Josh puts no shame on things like canned chicken or even Dollar Tree food. Dollar Tree food may not be my first choice if im able, but it kept me going more than once. I've been really disillusioned with hosts of cooking shows on tv borderline shaming cheaper or easier options

The X factor with these is also paying for the Costco membership and having the space to store/keep leftovers and unused ingredients- I have a small kitchen with no pantry and so bulk shopping doesn’t work the best.

We don't get to walk around the Mythical offices as much anymore, this ad was nice and nostalgic

Idea: from one store, make the same dish using the cheapest ingredients vs most expensive.

Other chefs smoke. Josh sneaks to the back to have some alone time with chicken breasts instead, to hit that protein goal.

A really funny ending to the Factor ad would be the producer in the main kitchen listening to Josh's mic and making a comment along the lines of: "I think... he's shooting a commercial without us?"

Costco is great for buying the staple on the shelf stuff. Rice, beans, etc. stuff that keeps for a long time that you will use in a variety of dishes.

It’s not really for getting bulk on fresh stuff unless you are doing some large gathering.

I feel like Mythical used to put more effort into their captions. Not every video is closed-captioned anymore, and there were so many places where you can’t quite piece together what Josh is actually saying because they didn’t go back and correct it for foreign languages or names

Doing the splits does increase your arm span in this case because your arm (c), the counter (b), and the height from the shoulder to the counter (a) form a right triangle; your arm is the diagonal. When you do the splits, the height from the counter to your shoulder decreases, and your arm remains the same length, so the length of counter that your arm can cover does increase. So, (a^2) has decreased, (c^2) has remained the same, therefore (b^2) must increase. Thank you for finally giving me cause to use my knowledge of the Pythagorean Theorem.

It absolutely needs said from time to time: Josh is without a doubt the reason this channel is worth watching.

Nice work, Juicy J
