This sounds absolutely delicious. I've noticed that many chefs' favorite foods are simple, down to earth dishes like this. You've got crunch, umami, fish, spice, sweetness, saltiness, lots of umami...yeah. I'm down to eat this any day of the week!

I feel sad for the people who don't know how different in the making are Boquerones from Anchovies, is not just a salty pungent Anchovy, its a Boqueron, there is a MASSIVE flavor profile difference even though its the same fish, so dont just go around slapping some Anchovies on a piece of bread.

Wow his most favourite dish in the world. You have to try it if someone says it’s their most favourite in the world!!

I never seen Forgotcha toast and dont know about anything in this besides the tomato that looked like an onion. I'm so confused but intrigued. I would like to try something like this.

I had this and the highlight for me was actually the tomato sauce. So flavorful
