Thank you for including ALL bodies. Super skinny people or people with physical disabilities are usually left out, and this was so great!!! Ty!

I really appreciate you including all body types, including "skinny" girls. My figure has been called "boyish" before. I'm an A cup, and have often felt like less of a woman because of it.
Thank you for this positivity ☀️💕

“Did you know that you can actually have a body and not hate it?”
So. Fucking. Powerful.

Body positivity is loving something you cant change about yourself. Loving to learn what's natural about your body. Like acne, stretch marks, things you are born, etc. You're a healthy beautiful person.
If you have Anorexia, or considered Obese, and saying "There's nothing wrong with this and anyone can be this way" isn't body positivity. Anorexia and Obesity is life endangering. Their beautiful people still. But their lives being at stake due to starving themselves or deteriorating their breathing, etc. Isn't something to promote.
If you're skinny but healthy, that's amazing.
If you're curvy but healthy, that's amazing.

That girl from 4:36 gave a confidence boost. I always was very skinny and have no cool curves like most women has. And seeing that she can still looks good and feminine while moving her body like that and just have fun gives me some hope that I can too maybe.

Body positivity is about feeling comfortable as you and living your body, even if some of the woman are overweight they are beautiful, and you have no right to tell them that, I do believe that is a conversation for them and their physicians. People should love there body regardless. The more you love it “body positivity” the more you care for it and that is facts

Remember let’s not confuse body positivity and obese promotion together <3

Think it’s time I edit this comment

I don’t care what the fuck you look like, as long as your healthy you should love yourself.

You should know better than to be over weight or under weight and call it body positivity.

Thank you for coming to my Ted talk

If the person is comfortable and healthy plus confident in their body it's not our problem of course. But being extremely heavy or underweight must be controlled if it's affecting their health

One thing that I love so much about fashion nowadays is that everyone is accepted and everyone is allowed to discover their own beauty. Whenever I walk through malls or go to Target and I see African/African American models, Asian models, Muslim models, Arab models, Indian, Caucasian, Albino models, freckled models, covered in moles, gap between their teeth, kinky hair, straight hair, plus size, skinny....it's absolutely amazing and something that easily makes my day so much better!

01:02 this one i can relate. i had this conversation with my friend abt what we feel insecure in ourselves and turned out we actually admiring something from each other. sometimes maybe we need to see ourselves from others point of view.

YES 1:02 IS SO TRUE thinner. girls. can. feel. insecure. too. it’s not just girls who aren’t seen as skinny, many people tell me all the time that i’m so skinny or they would do anything to have my body when i feel that i’m so fat and ugly and would do anything to have theirs, we are all beautiful no matter what shape or size <3

All my life, I grew up with people always complaining about my weight, and even my own dad and sister started complaining and I was obsessed with looking how the media's idea of beauty looked, and my mum told me it was just a little baby fat, shout-out to my mum who was always by my side through thick and thin

Thank you for having all body types! Some body positivity videos only have clips of curvy girls, and they forget people with disabilities or skinny people.
I have my insecurities too, its nice to see that im not the only one who isn't super curvy

The second one is so true...I remember walking to my home and on my way back I saw 2 girls walking ahead of me...as soon as I saw one of them the first thought I had was "Man she's freaking cute..when will I become like her"....I pass her and I had barely taken few steps when I heard her saying to her frend "Man this gurl is so pretty I wish I was like her"..

Edit: OMG! Tysm for all the likes! I love everyone here, dont let your confidence drop, let it grow higher. 🥰 love you all!!!
