I'm so used to hearing you speak Italian, but you sound so calm, intelligent, and cute when you talk in English. Grazie per il video!

Great video! I would like to emphasize the importance of having an audience / online presence. That's soooo important that I don't even understand why there aren't more teachers who make content online. To be clear, you don't need hundreds of thousands of subscribers or listeners: if you have, for example, 1.000 people who follow you online and, say, 1% of them want to study with you, that's 10 potential students! Not bad at all. If your audience grows and you have 10.000 followers that is 100 students, way more than you need. Also, more demand but same supply (your time, which is limited) means that you can gradually increase your prices.

We are never too old to learn or too young to teach. Good teaching is not about having the right certification or knowing how to answer every question. It is about providing a space and structure and encouragement to help others learn because leaning alone is tough… It is about loving your subject and sharing it with others to help them pursue their own passion!!!❤️

One of the reasons why I'm subscribed to your channel is your fluency in English. Adorable! Well done Lucrezia.

Thank you for this video which I find really helpful. I am a German living in France and I thought about starting online German lessons. I already have some language learning content on my YouTube channel but teaching face to face is nicer!

New American 🇺🇸 subscriber here—university professor and online teacher in Taipei, Taiwan 🇹🇼. I enjoyed hearing your advice and will share it. I’m a heritage speaker of Italian with lots of gaps in my knowledge (mother from northern Italy 🇮🇹 and Spanish-speaking American 🇺🇸 father). I’m looking forward to filling in what’s missing and dusting off what’s rusty. Grazie!

Great tips! Especially the parts where talk about patience and where you mention this is your personal experience, so it might not be for all teachers. This is sound advice! Thank you for the video.
