I truly truly love watching your videos. Thank you so much. My Aunt Pat did a lot of sewing not quilts, remaking clothes, curtains I just remember something ALWAYS at her machine. Watching your videos give me that warm well loved feeling. She past on a couple of years now and I just wanted to thank you for doing the videos. I love to binge watch and crochet.

What stands out to me mostly is a great method to also make flying geese. You make it so easy and I never tire of watching your amazing videos. Thank you Donna. I made a quilt similar to this for my son but made it full size

I am in the process of finishing this Star Quilt with SCRAPS for the stars from fabric that I made civil war quilts with. Stars are all done and white blocks and border just cut yesterday (5/25/20). Here's the deal though those triangles that were cut off from the rectangles I have "40" new half square triangles and I sewed them together and looking for a pattern / design to use them up in. They are approximately after trimming each one of the 40 is 2" x 2" yikes!!! LOLOL another "sub quilt" in the making...I just love it. Thank you much for this video God's blessings.

Each time I watch one of your demonstrations you give me another useful tip. I hadn’t realised that turning the backing fabric gives a bit of stretch. I was also thrilled to see you using your normal machine to do the quilting. I’ve struggled to stitch in the ditch and using an eight of an inch onto the border looks crisp and professional. Thank you Donna.

This would also be great for a baby quilt!! Your tutorials are great, and this time with your quilting! I liked the suggestion of keeping the backing a little bit diagonal, thanks! I just might start one right away since I have a friend who will give birth in a couple of months. Thanks so much, Donna for all your wonderful ideas and tutorials. :-)

I love this star !!!! I always had problems with cutting off my points, but not with this star! ❤️❤️

I love the floating star because I don't have to worry about chopping off the points. I have a bunch of fussy cut squares but they are 4 1/2" so I'm going to have to figure out how to make the other pieces smaller so they fit together.

Hello Donna, this is a great scrappy project for me 😁 I do not have Jelly Rolls or Charm Packs 😦 so I can use the fabric I have 😁 & I am a Total beginner to Quilting, so this project covers everything for me on a home domestic machine 😁 thank you 💕. Erica x

I just found you, new to your channel. I really enjoy your videos. But for the giveaways it's been the leaf quilt for all the videos I have watched today. I saw you give it away. Beautiful quilts. Thank you for everything your family is doing.
