I use 4 c. water, 1/4 c. kosher salt and 1/4 c. white sugar. Brine about an hour, if longer, rinse it off afterwards.

How do you get the maple butter%. Just add maple syrup to some salted butter?

Omg I have to try turkey breast with the skin on. I always see packaged turkey breast without skin and I feel like it doesnt retain flavor when cooked. Hoping you make some sandwich recipes with this turkey breast. The brine, the marination, everything looks divine.

Hi, beautiful Julie. Your turkey look simply pretty, just like you. I am sure Julie Steindel would be amazed at how much you accomplished. What do you love about turkey? Have a good day, beautiful Julie. <3

That glaze came out nice. How did you get the turkey breast with skin on it? Did you have to de-bone a full turkey, or get it from a butcher or something? I rarely make turkey because of the size, and I make turkey breast even less because I've always only seen it without skin, and it's kind of bleh like that. At any rate this came out spectacular looking Julie, and I'm sure it's packed with flavor too. :)

Thank you Julie. This was a lovely video. I have been a cook for many years and have never had a meat thermometer. However I think you have influenced me to buy one before the holidays. Thank you so much. I am a new subscriber.
