I bought a BMW X7 LCI model in 2023. This vehicle is equipped with ID 8 (OS8), but ID8.5 was released shortly after its release, and the existing vehicle equipped with ID 8 was left as is. The vehicle became old in less than 6 months after it was newly released as LCI. There has been no improvement in the inconvenient UI UX at all. This is the reality of customer support for BMW's flagship SUV. The air conditioning control buttons are also tightly hidden like Tesla, which increases the risk of accidents while driving. BMW, please improve OS8 as soon as possible for the safety of consumers.
