One of reasons i love The Polar Express is the way it portrays Santa, he's like a wise and honorable man with some sense of dignity. The way his first appearance plays out before he says "What was that you said?", It's like seeing a godlike being.

Probably the best part in the movie. Santa just appearing behind the kid and the first we see of him is his reflection in the bell. Cinema at its peak.

Alan did a fantastic job with the soundtrack in this film. This film was a cornerstone of my childhood and it's forever my favorite Christmas movie. Doesn't matter if my Dad is busy making fun of me for liking it, I love it and if I ever have any kids, this'll be the first Christmas film I show them

This film meant a lot to 10 year old me man...Definitely my all-time favorite Christmas tale along with Home Alone. I still love it. 🎄

They just don’t make Christmas movies like this anymore. Polar Express along with many of these Christmas films and specials of the 80s, 90s and early 2000s are among some of the best holiday movies ever made that showed true innocence whether you were a kid, teen or adult. In my opinion, this is how Christmas movies should be made! I was hoping that it would continue into the 2010s and now 20s. Sadly instead, that was just not the case. So it is such that when we hear such beautiful music from a classic Christmas movie like The Polar Express as well as by watching it. It’s a reminder of a much better time that is sadly now long gone. Best we could do is cherish those memories and pass it on to future generations. For me, even at almost 30 years old, I still try to experience that innocence along with my friends! It’s music like this that’s perfect to listen to on a cold snowy winter night, especially the nights leading up to Christmas! This movie will always have a place in my heart. Not me in tears, remembering childhood, and how magical it felt to watch this on a snowy Christmas Eve, thinking Santa really was going to drop by in the middle of the night. Brings back a nostalgia that hits hard. I no longer live in a snowy place and this movie is so emotional for me.

The Polar Express has the greatest soundtrack of any Christmas movie hands down. It's so delightful to listen to, and I love that it repeats throughout many scenes during the film. My favorite character Hero Boy rightfully deserved the first gift of Christmas from Santa Claus.🎄
