I am from South India and only travelled once to Allahabad (then) for a job. City was dirty, water in holy river Ganga was black in colour, people advised me not to go out after 9PM. But met some smart and hardworking people from this state. City was historical and rich for thousand of years, so there must be a reason why the state is in shambles when it had immense potential. Recently a relative of mine travelled to UP and was shocked with its transformation. I hope UP, Bihar alone can generate 2T$ worth of economy in next few decades.

I'm from M. P. and I completely agree with your analysis, in the last 20 years MP has grown significantly. The roads, infrastructure, industries and most importantly the Agriculture sector are highly developed. MP has the highest potential in the agriculture sector bcz of its diversified area and it's geography, like मालवा का पठार, निमाड़ के मैदान, विंध्य और सतपुड़ा, महाकोशल, बुंदेलखंड, बघेलखंड इत्यादि सभी अपनी भौगोलिक दृष्टि से विभिन्न फसलों के लिए सुविधाजनक है। परंतु अभी भी कृषि क्षेत्र के लिए सिंचाई सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने एवं किसानों को सही फसल चुनने, खाद बीज इत्यादि का उचित प्रशिक्षण देना आवश्यक हैं।

Sir l have real life experience when 2014 there is no infrastructure in UP but after 4or 5years there intercity connection, highways between district in all over Up is too good now as I citizen of up I would say infrastructure is now too good
