How to make a HIT one piece game....Create an open world, where the player forms thier own crew, finds treasure and possibly bumps into the straw hat crew from time to time.

Quite a brutal score. I agree the game has some things that needs to be fixed but a 5 is pretty low for a game like this. Personally, its a 7 or 8. It needs a difficulty setting as sometimes the difficulty spikes out of nowhere and they need to fix the camera angles when Luffy does Gum Gum Rocket and when selecting which enemy to attack. The accessory fusing needs some work like being able to view the characters stats when fusing them. Crocodile phase 2 was a HUGE spike in difficulty just for being the final boss in the 1st arc. That you can level up like crazy but won’t get new skills/abilities until a chapter is done. Have a lot to talk but thats just the surface. My gripe is the game mentions if you’re too high a level, enemies should be running away from you and I have yet to see this as I know I was overleveled in the 1st arc and not a single enemy ran from me. They only ran when I reduced their numbers to 1 in battle.

There's also an Auto Battle feature. Do you think maybe they made it like that (simple combat, easy difficulty and fast levelling) on purpose to allow for any One Piece fan to be able to jump in and play it how they like? Because it seems like that to me.

It’s a 6 imo. However, add on the QoL mods that have recently been released by the modding communities, it’s an 8. And if the devs can iron out the issues, could be a 9.

Hmm, harsh score. Checked Steam, people seem to be really enjoying the game. Just seeing the game during the review certainly doesn't give you "it's gonna be a 5" vibes, but hey, what do I know.

After completing GOW it is nice playing an easy going relaxed game I am enjoying this at the moment I would give it 80%

Before I had absolutely zero interest in One Piece. Now after playing the Demo, I've since bought One Piece Warriors 3 on PS and Warriors 4 on Xbox one and about to stream the series from the very beginning! Crazy

i just bought blind purchased this at a non-game shop for $36. When i got home to look up what it is and how to play it, i regret buying this one even though it is new and discounted. Maybe i'll just add it to my collection and play it when I'm absolutely bored with nothing else to do.

If u base on a JRPG concept it about 6-7 only. But fans of One piece JRPG fan will rated 8-9
