Directions:

Open the “shortcut” app
Tap the “+” button in the top right corner
Tap “add action”
•
Search for and select the “Open app” action
Tap “Choose” and select the app you want opened
Tap the “...” button and then tap “Add to Home Screen”
•
Edit the “shortcut name”
Tap on the icon to replace it with your custom icon image
After you’re done customizing, tap “Add” in the top right corner
•
Now you’ll see your new custom icon on your home screen!
