An unbelievably beautiful day in Austin Texas today, perfect for hovering for a time-lapse! Today we take a tour of active corners of the property and more questions than answer arise!

I notice that the west side of the gravel area is 3-4 feet higher than the dirt field next to it. I wonder if this shows the edge of the factory and the lower field is for trucks, The floor needs to be about 48 inches above ground level to match the height of truck beds.

Are the drills for stabilizing the soil in the area? I'm assuming its loam or clay plus a lot of organic stuff from the swamps. Would definitely love another in-depth voice over about it! As relatively new civil engineer this stuff is super fascinating to learn about and see.

At last, we see that the electric poles across the South end of the open area and South swamp are GONE! The onsite belly dumps are scraping down the higher ridges to the point that it is hard to tell where they are/were. Time lapse is awesome! Wish it were longer. I think your building depiction lines are going to turn out pretty close. Only thing that concerns me is the section near the power lines is considerably higher than the rest, coupled with the fact that it seems to be groomed at that elevation, and ready for rolling. Perhaps a parking lot or an ancillary building will go there.

More land clearing, vegetation grinding to the East of the power line. As far as the new clearing, and gravel grooming way up on the North end... it's anybody's guess. Seems a bit far back for equipment or materials staging. But then again, we don't know what Elon's got up his sleeve! He hasn't even announced yet that he's building a new battery factory at Terra Texas that I know of, But I'm pretty sure one is in the works. How can it NOT be? Perhaps the intervening space is where the battery factory will be. Guess we'll find out on Battery Day/Shareholders meeting!

Another possible use for that far North clearing would be for either another set of field offices, or for campers for out of town guests/workers. Some specialized tradespeople don't always live where the work is, and rent free facilities are just extra icing on the cake to entice them to come in.
