Has this bs worked for anyone whos phone was actually powered off? I dont mean sleep mode. I didnt work on my a13 with a bad power switch nor did it do anything on my a20 that has a working power button.

What bs is this? I tried pressing both up and down together, then plugging it in. I tried pressing both and plugging it in at exactly the same time. I tried plugging it in and THEN holding up and down. I tried only up. I tried only down. NOTHING

Why would plugging it into the pc be any diffrrent than plugging it into a charger? It doesnt do anything on my a20 or a13 except show its charging and what %charge it has when plugged in.

Thank you! This worked for me on my Galaxy A13. I have been having problems with a black screen recently and today my phone shut down completely due to a dead battery. Does it have to be plugged in to a pc? Can it be plugged into a wall socket?

I turned mine back on with a safety pin. If u take the back of the phone off and disconnect the power button from the phone theres like a rectangle box with 8 gold pins. Theres other videos on here 2 how to remove the back and take off orange tape lookin stuff, I stuck the tip of the safety pin on the bottom left pins and my phone turned back on. I dont know exactly which pins it was but i just touched a few together at the same time and held it there.

It's working 100%, but only when cable pluged in computer, laptop or some other device...it's not working when cable pluged in charger...

I think I may have clicked the up button not realising it did anything before I released what that screen meant via this video. What do I do if did that? I cant tell because that symbol that comes up with that message is still there but there not text just a charging symbol and green text at the top that says USB off enable ... something? idk its cut off by the little camera on the phone. But, also if I use a different charger that screen doesn't come up its just the regular charging screen showing I'm at 100%? I don't know where to go from here and I need my phone for school.

All you have to do is buy the part for the off and on button, its easy to replace just be careful when opening your phone.
