This show is a testament to how to truly adapt iconic comic book characters as the writers and production team understood the character and frankly defined the character perfectly for a whole generation. This show truly defined Batman as a character, his world and his roster characters and villains.

RIP to Richard Moll (voice of Two Face/Harvey Dent), Arleen Sorkin (voice of Harley Quinn) and of course Kevin Conroy (voice of Batman/Bruce Wayne) who all perfectly embodied the characters they portrayed with their phenomenal voice acting and talent.

I’d say he’s a close second behind Arkham Batman. Definitely the two most PERFECT adaptations.

In general the DCAU Batman is just phenomenal. Not just in Batman The Animated Series but all the other series as well all the way to Justice League Unlimited where he feels the most perfected writing wise.

DCAU is probably the best adaptation of DC comics out there. It is really good a portraying these characters in the film medium, and the voices just feel perfect for the characters

I still remember the scene from JLU When waller tasked batman to kill ace but when he entered her realm and their talk all through that scene and the "im dying" and bruce just says im sorry. this lacks what most batman in live action have except the comics which is warmth and when batman held his hand before her last moment is just peak just great he of course didnt kill her but stayed with her the last moments man..
