Aurora at 11 years old: writes a song called runaway.
Me at 11 years old : presses a doorbell and then runs away

I read she wrote this when she was 11 from a dream she had when she was 7, and finally sang it when she was 17. Overall what an amazing voice. If the northern lights had a voice, it’ll be this voice

- No one can touch the deepest fibers of the soul and heart with a song. -
- Aurora: "Hold my shoes". -

The craziest part is that she wrote this when she was 11 the second most crazy part is that she sounds exactly like she does in the music video

I love that she is barefoot. She looks so free, and connected with nature and music.

as an introvert, i can completely understand her making the gestures while, cause i myself can sing in front of such a large crowd by just being lost in myself

When the public is completely hypnotized by the artist, they don't even use their cell phone to record, AURORA is a great singer and great artist.

as an 11 years old in this year i think i feel what was the song about, the song was about

I was listenin' to the ocean
I saw a face in the sand
But when I picked it up
Then it vanished away from my hands, dah
I had a dream, I was seven
Climbin' my way in a tree
I saw a piece of Heaven
Waitin' in patience for me, dah
And I was runnin' far away
Would I run off the world someday?
Nobody knows, nobody knows
And I was dancing in the rain
I felt alive and I can't complain
But no, take me home
Take me home where I belong
I can't take it anymore
I was painting a picture
The picture was a painting of you
And for a moment I thought you were here
But then again, it wasn't true, dah
And all this time I have been lyin'
Oh, lyin' in secret to myself
I've been putting sorrow on the farthest place on my shelf
La-di-da
And I was runnin' far away
Would I run off the world someday?
Nobody knows, nobody knows
And I was dancing in the rain
I felt alive and I can't complain
But no, take me home
Take me home where I belong
I got no other place to go
No, take me home
Take me home where I belong
I got no other place to go
No, take me home
Take me home where I belong
I can't take it anymore
But I kept runnin' for a soft place to fall
And I kept runnin' for a soft place to fall
And I kept runnin' for a soft place to fall
And I kept runnin' for a soft place to fall
And I was runnin' far away
Would I run off the world someday?
But no, take me home
Take me home where I belong
I got no other place to go
No, take me home
Take me home where I belong
I got no other place to go
No, take me home, home where I belong, no, no
No, take me home, home where I belong, oh, oh, oh
No, take me home, home where I belong, no, no
No, take me home, home where I belong
I can't take it anymore

She is so refreshing in a world gone awry. To think these are thoughts of an 11 year old child tells you what the human brain is capable of. Love how she is so unabashed and unhindered at the microphone.
