We all know Airline biz is international biz, the problem is there're limited Airline coming through South Korea.
If merged, they is likely to increase the ticket price offered by KAL so that they could pay back the loan to their creditor.

Covid 19 is definitely causing some industries to completely restructure. Could be very concerning for consumers in the future if this ends up giving major players too much pricing power.
