Japan solved the problem by supplying housing for employees, which makes sense! So they hired locals but supplied the housing and perks so they could compete globally and the worker could save money or buy a house in the country for retirement!

We have a wage problem in the USA and competition globally with countries where their real estate market is not a home but an investment! pushing up the cost of living beyond affordable to all but two people working and why would you have children when you work all the time> It makes no sense to have children you spend at best three rushed hours a day with. education in Russia has 12 students per teacher and an assistant and they start at 3 =4 The USA have 24=30 per teacher and at least i/4 of them don't speak English enough to read it we don't educate we babysit and feed!
