This is a little messy and I typed this out in a way thinking I was the only one who's ever ghoing to see it, but I thought you guys make like this handy list you can save on a note pad somewhere to help you remember or add you're own :)

General:
v - centers the anchor point
alt + click on stopwatch - open scripts
ctrl + alt + home - center anchor point
alt + arrow keys - Adjust values very precisly


Media options:
(hold shift to bring multiple up)

S - Size
P - Position
R - Rotation
T - Opacity
f - feather (i think)
U - Shows Keyframe markers
E - Effects settings
L + L - show audio waveforms
m+m - lots of mask properties
ALT + click stopwatch - Make a script
alt+ ] = cut


Viewing

CTRL + Shift + H - View without the lines & stuff
Home/End - Brings you the first or last frame
Page up/down - Next or previous frame
Shift + Page up/down - Next pr Previous 10 frames
I - "Input" Go to the start of selected layer
O - "output" Go to the end of selected layer
[ - Start the layer where you have selected on the timeline
] End the layer where you have selected on the timeline
CTRL + [ or ] - move layer underneath or above other layers
Type "miss" to find assests that adobe can't find links to


Keyframes

hold ALT + Move Mouse - Adjust time between keyframes while retaining the ratio



Composition Managment

* - Adds a marker on selected layer
CTRL + Y - New solid
CTRL + K - Change Composition settings
CTRL + N - New Comp
CTRL + T - Text Tool
CTRL + ALT + F - Transform: Fit to Comp


Scripts

wiggle (x, y) x=how many wiggles y=intensity

For audio visualizer stuff: value + (comp("Music").layer("Audio Amplitude").effect("Both Channels")("Slider")) / 5

Just a quick tip about centering the anchor point. You can also hold Ctrl and double click the anchor tool on the tool bar to center the anchor point on an object.

You can then use short Lucy Ctrl+Home to center the object in front of the camera.

It’s come in handy when I’ve somehow managed to loose an object when playing with cameras.

Also strg+p (and every other of the transform attributes) creates a keyframe at your playhead. j and k jump to previous and next keyframe. Press L twice to open the waveform of an audio layer. Setup Shift+spacebar for video playback with buffering and spacebar for Audio playback. After Effects is buggy since cc14 in that part. Use i and o to jump to the beginning and end of your layer. Use strg+up and down to select layers up and down your current one. Add shift to select multiple. For German users ä ö and alt+ä alt+ö are really important as well. This exists on an English keyboard aswell, i just don’t know where. [ and ] maybe? After Effects is a keyboard enabled program. If you practice, you won’t need your mouse for most of the time. It’s crazy fast that way. Oh and + and - to zoom in and out your timeline. Sorry for the bad structure, I’m typing this on top of my head while eating. Get the free Plug in by Video Copilot. It places strg+spacebar als your effects search Dialog window. The normal Effects window sucks.
