The reason ryanair lands hard is bcz ryanair is all about efficiency and they land hard so they can stop faster on shorter runways, and they can reduce taxi time to the gate, a smooth landing would extend the taxi time and if you land to smooth you would be floating for long and sometimes you will overrun the runway. Ryanair can now fly to 200 destinations in South Africa and Europe
