Initiatives -> Roadmaps (Could be at the quarter level)
Projects -> Epics
Tickets -> Tasks


Trying to figure out where this fits in for small business. I think it's a great tool for large businesses with multiple projects to manage.

I see myself using this as an organization tool for projects in a few ways that might be unintended.
I can set up different clients as initiatives and organize projects for each client.
I can separate projects by type: recurring projects, one-time projects, web design projects, etc by setting up different types as initiatives.
