Wenn man dort in den Seminarräumen sitzt fahren permanent Schiffe an einem vorbei - schöner kann man nicht studieren. Das Gebäude hat eine Höhe von 25 Metern und um zur Plattform oben zu kommen muss man 136 Stufen bewältigen. Eine Besonderheit sind die Aufzüge, sie verkehren diagonal.
