Friend tries hardtail for 1st at bike park. Thunder Mountain. Kona Honzo ESD and 2022 Trek Slash 8

My friend Torie has a hardtail but it was a Trek Marlin 8. We went to Thunder Mountain together and he was showing me around. My love for hardtails actually got him interested in trying it for a lap. I also got to ride his 2022 Trek Slash 8 in return. Very nice bike. Best enduro bike I have ever ridden. Most supple of the top and the most supportive platform that I have ridden, super poppy, and playful while still being to iron out the smaller bits. I wonder if he will pick up a hardtail now after this experience.

DAMN you definitely over sent that one jump hahaha. The hardtail definitely didn't feel as harsh as I imagined and I gotta say that I felt more in control during the corners. The noise difference is pretty significant too. I am so used to it that I never even noticed.

Sticking with my Hardtail! Tried riding full suspension but didn’t seem right even after running the suspension went from X-Caliber to Fuel Ex5 & back to a Roscoe 8! 😁
