If a person is given two or one year imprisonment . Will he be kept in solitary confinement for 14 days at one time and with intervals . And if he is sentenced say 4 or 5 months imprisonment in such case will he be given 7 days solitary confinement within a month with intervals . Please if am holding wrong view let me correct it. And if he is given 7 or 8 months rigorous imprisonment it shall run with 14 days not 7 .
