Taco-Rico is located at the corner of Shelbyville and Moser Road in Middletown. They sell a variety of street tacos, burritos and chimichangas, as well as other Mexican staples. Alex, the owner, is super friendly and provides great customer service. They are open Tuesday-Sunday from 5pm until close. I’ve eaten here 3 times this week, if that tells you how good it is!

Hi there Mr. Goodall! I stumbled upon your channel about a week ago while searching for local restaurants, and I had no idea you did YouTube.

I was in the class of 2012 at EHS and I had to do a double-check with my yearbook to confirm it was you. I remember you used to pull me over for not tucking my shirt in haha
anyways, your content is amazing, and I believe you might just be one of the best food YouTubers in the Louisville area. You've gone to a lot of places that I have been wanting to try and you also showed me places i didnt even know about. Really great content

This hombre is amazing, schooling in a taco truck bus! Korean BBQ taco trucks were a big sensation here in trendy LA (not Louisiana) awhile back, still maybe, i don't know. What is your take on the brick and mortar establishments vs. the pop up truck/cart venue feud?
