Can’t get through it without crying at least 5 different times.
The chemistry between Sam and Emilia was perfect. He embodied Will sooo well. Love the movie. May wait another 9 years to watch it again bc it drains me - in a good way.

I hope we get to see Sam in more exquisite roles like this. He was fantastic.

A man who admits to deep, deep sobbing from the compassion makes a wonderful expression. This was a wonderful movie because everyone has to realize the Christopher Reeve experience and there are many, many, many people who are unable to do so much and they are not famous. He did so much to give people an idea of the experience of helplessness.

I love that he said he really began to understand the struggles that the handicapped community deal with. It's a very difficult, defeated frustrating, & humbling experience if you or loved one is handicapped. I gave up my career a home & car so I could stay with my son after his TBI/SBS incident he was 3 months old at the time & now is 16ys old. Everyday is a struggle & battle whether be a so called good day or not. So when I watch this movie it hit my heart like a brick because, I can now see why people say I'm a amazing mom or that I'm so strong. Because I never looked at our situation from someone else's view, then I began to understand why they say that. I just know that I love my son more than anything else & even if we fall in poverty bracket to be together, it's worth it for one more minute to capture a smile or giggle. Life is a daily sacrifice for me, but it's absolutely 100% worth it!!!

Sam did this acting part so well and it was so believable..great actor !!! The most sad but beautiful love story ever !!!! My husband cried at movies and it just showed me that he did have those special feelings inside of him.

It was a great movie. I watched it with my beautiful husband.I cryed my eyes out, but my husband explained it to me and i saw it in a different light. My husband passed away 2yrs ago. I miss him desperately. The thing that stuck with me was when you said you would walk beside you.. and now i imagine my darling walking beside me and you have the most beautiful smile like my husband and you are handsome like my husband was. You are so right about creating yourself and you have done that, so you are smart like my husband. My husband was bed bound.He had lost 1 leg, because he had gangrene and i had to make the choice of taking the 2 leg off. And he did not he would die. There were other complication s. I nursed him for 9yrs. And it was a honour. We were married for 34yrs, he was the most beautiful man and i was the luckiest girl in the world to get him. God bless you Will. We were meant to see that movie, as in time we had to face it. Give my love to Louisa. You are both serperb actors ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊

I am 61 yrs old and I absolutely love this man. This love story was amazing and the dance scene was the sexiest scenes I've seen in a long time. Whoever does not think this is the best story line ever just doesn't get it. Love you Sam and Will.

I just watched this film and it moved me to my very soul. I am so glad he found love before he chose to die. I was saddened that he still wanted to but Will was being unselfish and that is real love. Lou doesn't understand it at first but she gets it in the end. She gets that he wants her to live and doesn't want to hold her back. He is with her, beside her but only in a different way. I was both sad and happy since he gave her something. He made her really want to live and not to simply settle. Great film and great actors that really made their characters come alive.
