Hi there, I was just on your website and trying to purchase your 16 by 20 Ikonix flat base heat press and your website is truly misleading to me. I went to purchase the 16 by 20 Ikonix flat base heat press for $227 with free shipping to Continental US and turned my selection to a price of $399. plus, shipping of $208.29. I called and spoke with one of your reps and was told I see what you mean it is confusing but if i search on the front page of our website it will tell me somewhere you need to spend $1000 to get free shipping. That makes no sense to me. If I see next to item i am purchasing free shipping to Continental US it should be free shipping. Now I understand you have sold out of the $227 (unfortunately for me) and thought ok i need this so i will just go ahead and get it for new price of 399.00 but now, I still have it adding on shipping of $208.29, so this looks like this could be a big bust for me. This is just a little disheartening, since last week after watching you on YouTube, I had a serious conversation with my husband to purchase your Mt-1501 all due Allen Wade's shout out on how good it works and your video on the on the workflow as a one-person shop (which I am). I do not know now. I am a new start up embroidery shop and have grown out of my present heat press and my (2) fat-bed embroidery machines. Is there anything you can do with situation? If not that is ok as well. Sincerely, Billye with HomeMade.Shoppe
