fabric: 24+ Hours

After summer 2021, we emerged from the pandemic with a revitalised energy, and whilst exciting changes have been made inside the club, we have also made changes to our programming ethos and are excited to return to extended events again...

On Saturday 20th November, we'll launch ‘Continuum’ – a new series of 24+ hour parties for 2021-22, harking back to the foundations the venue was originally founded upon. The ‘Continuum’ series of events promises a non-stop sonic journey, exploring a range of genres with names from across the electronic music spectrum.

I will this hugely positive thing about fabric however. They do push British up and coming new artist and it seems like it s a well meant move towards including rather than excluding. A lot of institutions here in Canada, abroad anywhere would rather be exclusive and pretend to be opulent in terms of music taste and crowd rather than try to first include home grown talent at the very least. This is by no means an argument that is self serving or indicative of my dreams but rather something that I believe it is true. I think fabric is better than mixmag although some of the mixmag mixes have been stand out. Especially the Effy one as of recent. She is a true British sonic artist beauty.
