Lets talk about moral character of the common police officer. Do you think maybe some people should not be police officers? Regardless of training some officers like the power the badge gives them. You can't train bad traits out. Lets call it what it really is, a bad person with a badge. This wont be the last time officers do bad things at Loveland.
