Sheriff in Florida to publicly shame students and parents for bogus threats

Volusia County, Florida Sheriff Mike Chitwood has a new plan to publicly shame every kid he arrests and their parents after being overwhelmed with school threats since classes started three weeks ago.

It’s about time that NO ONE gets to hide behind their age to avoid be held accountable. Being able to skate on petty crimes because they are “too young” runs the risk of emboldening them and having them protected while they hone their criminal pranks into adult felonious behavior.
