Thank you. I basically just want to permanently remove the bed’s overhead cabinets inside the 5th wheel I’m purchasing from my boyfriend because it’s impossible to sit up in bed and read or watch TV, as they are so low. I hope to salvage the cabinets and use them in another area of the trailer or perhaps inside the tiny storage shed outside.

About the only screws in an RV, think everything else is held together with crappy staples that pull out or rust out.

Can you PLEASE do a video on how I can replace the wood framing AROUND my slide out. The slide is fine. The framing that it butts up against, (camper wall), is rotten. The water is coming in on the corners, where the slid is breaking that rotten wood framing.
I am attempting to fix this WITHOUT removing the slide. My daughter and I live in this camper full time. Single Mama here, trying my best to fix our home, without breaking the bank.

These rv's are built so crappy. Cardboard ceilings, leaky seams, foam glued to luan floors. Geeze. I m taking out my flooring, created a 2x4 frame that I screwed right to the steel trailer frame, Thompson's water sealed every inch of the new wood and sheeting with 15/32 plywood.
