How the door switch works

Thank you very much for your post. I have the same switch, and it stopped working on a Sunday. Partsbstore in my are are closed on Sunday. Opened it up, and a spring went flying. I cleaned the contacts, watched your video how the springs were placed. Put it back together and it works great.

The small piece that sticks up I just bent that forward a bit and it worked ok

Thanks for the excellent video but can you show a close up of the black plastic and mine doesn’t lock down like yours and I tried bending the middle contractor pin but no joy

Also did your machine click 2 times as mine seemed to throw the lock shut from what I saw whilst out of machine but then unlocks

Any help would be greatly appreciated

does this crap have manual unlocking mechanism in the case its stucked and wont open electrically?

I'm trying to fix mine, but the little black bit doesn't seem to lock that contact down
