Lions think they are so amazing. All of that ‘King of the Jungle’ chat has really gone to their heads, hasn’t it? They sometimes get too big for their boots and go around picking fights just because they think they are so cool. Well, that doesn’t always work in their favour, and there are a few feisty little upstarts out there waiting to bring them down a peg or two…

From a Honey Badger reminding us why they are total nutters, to a tiny turtle with enormous balls, here are 20 Times Lions Messed With The Wrong Opponent.

In your gorilla segment, you showed more baboons than gorillas. There is a big difference. Not saying baboons aren't fierce, but not the same as a gorilla.

Honey badgers are, IMO totally mad.The appear to be totally lacking in the fear department...nor do they appear to have any sense of fear. Somewhere there is a programme about an unfortunate South African farmer and his determination to keep a honey badger confined to a large run. Guess who came out on top? The farmer ended up with a grudge /admiration for the not so little honey badger. Worth looking at this if you can find it.

What amazed me the most was the dog, warthog, porcupine and honey badger. Small mammals as a single unit against a group of lions. The speed of that little warthog was just incredible, if the lions hadn't of spread out that little guy would have got away. A lovely video though and I enjoyed it.

It’s not a gorilla it’s a baboon fighting with the lions. He didn’t show one of gorillas fighting with lions. They were all baboons, fake advertisement.
