One of the things I liked about Cell when I was a kid was how much he contrasted from Frieza who was a complete scum bag Cell could actually be surprisingly fair and chill that and his wit compared to other Dragonball villains is unmatched this man was funny asf

Cell was a phenomenal villain. I love how they took their time with him, showcasing his powers, and building up to the moment he'd take on everybody. It made the battle with Goku and Gohan that much better.

This is good quality filler. It's entertaining, has some good action, doesn't distract from the main plot or open up plot holes, and is in character!

I don't recall if Cell had plans on destroying the Earth or anything after the Cell games, but I feel like if he had won, he'd realistically get bored in a week and use the dragon balls to wish back the Z-fighters so they can get stronger and fight him again

As a kid, I'm touched by the amount of dedication that Cell put to make the stage for the tournament.
To me, its as if Cell is a little boy in an "adult" body.
