You can do this with 3.25% cold milk.

Add 1/4 of Liquid black Coffee into your cup. Get the milk and shake it VIGOROUSLY until it's really foamy (You can tell if it's ready if it's no longer making a sound). Pour the foamy shaken milk on top of your coffee until you fill your cup. Stir and enjoy!!
