The last four years were difficult for me. I saw myself rapidly gain 40 kgs in just 2 years and I struggled with depression, anxiety, and hate towards myself and my body. I made excuses. I thought I was too weak and too tired.
Three months ago I got up off my ass - today I'm 10 kgs down. I've got this. Every day I've got it. Every single day I will get what's mine. I will NOT let anything or anyone take away my dreams. I will NEVER give up again.
