There's no trick it's simply the inner motivation to getup everyday n get one step ahead of old yourself
I've been waking up early like at 3 am everyday to study
1st day will be soo well you'll not feel sleepy but enthusiastic whole day
Next 3-4 days are going to be the real task I overcome these by reminding myself that "my single excuse can give someone a chance to go ahead of me"
15 days do it without an interval don't miss even a single day even if u do 2 days missed are okay but still continue as if nothing happened
Initially it can be hard what I used to do it to wet a napkin with cold water n keep it with me whenever I felt sleepy I wiped my face with it
And about the lunch nap...for me its a kind of illusion lunch ke bad ek specific time ho jane par nind nhi aati...when I realised that I started a habit to solve my favourite subject tests after lunch for 1 hr
