So after the Audio Port set up ~min 7:00, Cantible only shows one channel in the bar moving. I've checked the settings many, many times, but it still shows 1 channel (assuming it's mono). Am I missing something? I should add, that the output that I hear is not mono, but it is very robotic, even after restarts. That seems to only happen when I patch in under Voicemeeter system settings. As soon as I uncheck the In 1 left and right (Patch Insert) my mic audio is perfect.

If it's significant in any way, I'm using a Samson Q2U mic via XLR interface into a Behringer device plugged by USB to the computer. In case anyone has a similar setup and ran into the same issues.

Ok so, when I try to add a plugin it does not show anything. My folder is pointed at the only place I've downloaded some vst's but they are in the dll format. I am not sure what to do as far as getting the vst's in the right format. Any help is appreciated.

So can you put separate plugins on separate tracks eg. A noise gate on your mic but then a compressor on my game audio?

Awesome for ingame voice changing since I use VST's in OBS for that. The only thing I cant figure out is if there is a way to hot key the option to bypass the voice changer plugins to just use my voice so I can change voice in game quick and not have to tab out the game to do so.

How can we route VoiceMeeter Channels out in parallel to like B3 or whatever so that we can control level in Cantibale to different levels within everything going out of voicemeeter?

I can't even get it to register. It gives me the same error message no matter what I do, or how I try to register it. "The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel." I've tried offline registration, and putting in the key they emailed me, I've tried the free license option, nothing works. I'm honestly not surprised. Every single VST host I've tried has failed on me. All the other times it had to do with VM Banana's patch insert, and the host not communicating. I guess I'm stuck using Reaper's OBS plugins only.

BTW: for the moment I am setting up VoiceMeeter to turn my PC into an audiophile streamer for Spotyfy, Tidal & Co which turns out to be far less expensive than any good music streaming HW (Yes, you need a decent DAC anyway). In that setup VoiceMeeter potato is the central part and allows me to not only to adjust EQ curves for room correction, but also to add some little bit of reverb which I like for most of the music as it adds stage and dynamics, making the music more pleasant to me even at low listening volumes.

With your tutorial the sky is the limit for adding VST-plugins to play with for even more pleasant sound.

Is there a difference between doing this patch insert way over starting in Cantabile and outputting to a virtual cable and using that as a Potato hardware Input?
