It will be great if they can repair the parts rather than pushing to buy a new switch boards ( complete touch pad switch in washing machine). Thereby saving the environment. With a greater vision Kindly look into simple things too

Really very poor service as we have warranty and guarantee also, they asking money, literally very fraud machine ok but service not at all proper, when compare to other companies the ifb service is worst, am very disapointed

A very bitter experience for their service doring the warranty period. They will themselves give you information that the service of your IFB machine is due and we are sending our engineers and here ends the story. No one will ever turn up. If you make a call to them that you are waiting for the engineer they will very intelligently sidetrack the things and will leave you to break your head but they will never listen. Very clever persons to befool the customer. I advise them to have a pity on the customers.

I think IFB is promoting the product rather than devoting time. My complaint is pending since Feb. 2022. They say we would not attend it. Do whatever you like. No body listening. I registered complaint every where. The price I am paying for AMC. Please solve the problem.

Very poor experience with disc washer. After repair work of amount Rs20000. 00 the machine does not work & the local representative who usually takes up repair works and supply of materials, does not respond. Please find the solution & I am hopefully submit my locality as Semiliguda & Damanjodi in the district of Koraput, Odisha.

Washing machine is god till the warranty period, after that if amc is there than the customer care and service is very poor, the staff is not well trained
